2024 DONOR IMPACT REPORT

Big Changes Start Here

Because Generosity Like Yours Moves Care Forward.

The Change You Set in Motion

Thank you for being part of something bigger. We’re honored to share the collective impact of our donors, including grateful patients and families, community members, our colleagues, corporations and foundations.

Together, donors gave $8.5 million in 2024.  We directed $9.7 million (including dollars given before 2024)—the highest total in recent years—back to Presbyterian for priority needs like the Presbyterian Healthcare Advanced Learning Lab (new education/simulation center for training providers and staff), Presbyterian Community Health and expanding Presbyterian Neuroscience care.

Behind every number is a patient helped, a caregiver trained, a life changed. That’s the power of what we started together. Thanks again!

Meets Theirs

Community Health Food Farmacy

PRIORITY | PRESBYTERIAN COMMUNITY HEALTH

Keeping Our Community Healthy

Eighty percent of a person’s health and well-being depends on factors outside of clinics and hospitals. Philanthropy supports Presbyterian Community Health programs that address food insecurity, substance use disorder and other critical needs. The Food Farmacy provides weekly fresh produce, nutrition education and access to community resources.

Patients

PRIORITY | CARE TEAM GROWTH

Learning Opportunities for Nurses & Healthcare Staff

From the Presbyterian Healthcare Advanced Learning Lab to Nursing Career Pathways, educational programs are opening doors for current staff to grow their skills and careers — building a stronger, more sustainable workforce for New Mexico.

Neuro Doctor

PRIORITY | NEUROSCIENCE EXCELLENCE

Expanding Presbyterian
Neuroscience Care

Since 2022, donor support has helped expand Presbyterian’s neuroscience program. More New Mexicans can now access care for strokes, brain aneurysms and other complex conditions. A new hybrid operating room under construction will support more growth and advanced care.

GUARDIAN ANGEL PROGRAM

A Thank You That

Lasts A Lifetime

In 2024, 113 patients and families made 280 donations through the Guardian Angel program — raising over $28,000 to support critical needs and recognize exceptional care . These gifts honored 87 providers and staff, resulting in 350 Guardian Angel awards across the system.

The program offers a meaningful way to say thank you — allowing patients and families to celebrate caregivers while advancing the mission to deliver high-quality care in New Mexico.

by far, the best primary care physician we have ever had!”
